These are some of our recent larger projects. They all involved new wiring being installed and certification being issued as well as building control being notified of the work.

Southend

This large house in Southend was transformed in to a 7 bedroom property, with a rear ground floor extension and a loft conversion. It was fully rewired and modernised.

Living room

This living room has multiple points of switching for convenience as well as data and power points far a wall mounted TV.

Colchester

This full rewire in Colchester took part in 2 stages, firstly renovating the upstairs and then coming back to do the downstairs and extension including a new kitchen.

The customer wanted these wall lights installed and switched independently either side of the bed.

Hook End

This lovely 4 bedroom property was renovated to completely redo the roof and entrance hall and to add another bedroom and ensuite upstairs. We completed all of the electrical work, including electric heating upstairs, and rewiring all of the lighting and sockets.
